Education
Two young children, Pradyoth Sirineni (11 years old) and Mayukha Sirineni (7 years old), were deeply moved by a Deccan Chronicle article detailing the story of a 17-year-old handicapped teenage girl who was begging on the streets with a dream of joining a Teacher Training program. The girl, Shravani, expressed her aspirations, “I wanted to become a teacher. My father is a heart patient and is unable to provide the funds for my education. Jangalppa, another beggar from Ananthapur, brought me in,” to the Deccan Chronicle.
Pradyoth and Mayukha made a heartfelt agreement with their father, Gopi Prasanna Sirineni, to assist Shravani. In exchange, they selflessly agreed to forgo their toys, computer games, and other gifts for a year to support Shravani's enrollment in the Teacher Training program.
With the support of the District Collector and Child Welfare Committee:They covered the expenses for Shravani's teacher training program. Secured her placement in a safe social welfare hostel. Helped her family establish a vegetable selling business. In a remarkable display of empathy and kindness, Pradyoth and Mayukha sacrificed their own belongings and donated Rs. 25,000 for Shravani's better future.

Critical Care
Assisting two children, Chandu and Nandu, in accessing education. Originating from a financially disadvantaged background, their father, once a painter, abandoned the family, leaving his wife and children in a vulnerable state. We intervened, offering them refuge, and facilitated their enrollment in a private school in Old Bowenpally. The educational expenses of Chandu and Nandu are being supported annually by "I Can. Can You?" This marks their fourteenth year of education during which they have shown remarkable advancement.
In August 30, 2013, Saramma, the daughter of Ramulu and Chittamma, was born in Jaganguda, Hyderabad, with severe brain damage, rendering her medically fragile and in need of constant nursing care. "I Can. Can You?" provided significant support to this couple, with the organization's founder generously donating $150,000 towards the girl's treatment.
In 2013, Sheshappa, a 6-year-old boy from Yellareddypet village, was severely injured by a street dog attack, resulting in over 300 stitches and extensive medical treatment at a hospital in Gajwel. Despite being released from the hospital, his recovery journey is ongoing, marked by physical pain, emotional trauma, and challenges returning to school due to fatigue and recurring infections. Sheshappa continues to struggle with paralysis on the left side of his face, awaiting full functionality to return. Regular checkups and substantial medical bills persist for his family. The founders of "I Can.Can You?" have covered bills totaling Rs.2,28,000/- to date in support of Sheshappa's recovery.
In 2014, Venkat began experiencing leg weakness during sports, which progressed to severe pain. After months of inconclusive consultations with local doctors, his condition worsened, leading to an emergency room visit at Siddipet Hospital. Swift action by the Neurologist sent them to Hyderabad, where "I Can.Can You?" founders promptly organized emergency surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from his lower spine. Subsequently, they oversaw Venkat's treatment for Ewing sarcoma, which involved chemotherapy and proton radiation therapy. The founders of "I Can.Can You?" covered Rs.3,20,000/- for Venkat's treatment. Today, Venkat has completed his treatment, returned to school, and resumed participation in school sports.
This organization truly changes lives, providing hope and support to vulnerable children in need.
